Return Policy

We strive to offer quality products. However, if an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may return it following our guidelines:

1. Proof of Damage: Provide a video of the damaged item and email it to jogindertoys@gmail.com.

2. Time Frame: Report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Physical Damage: Items that are physically damaged post-delivery are ineligible for return.

4. Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that orders may need to be canceled or modified. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they have entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Order Modification: Order details cannot be modified once processing starts. Please verify all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Non-Acceptance of Order: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment authorization issues or unavailability of stock. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

4. Cancellation Time Frame: If you are unable to cancel online, contact us within 3-4 hours of placing the order.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellations: If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

2. Wrong/Missing Products: If you receive the wrong product or any items are missing, provide proof (e.g., photo or video). We will either send the correct product (if available) or issue a refund, as per your preference.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
